Dinner is Ready!

It's 1943. The Axis Powers suffered a serious defeat with Italian forces receiving the most casualties. In order to boost morale, Mussolini brought in the ultimate power. Nonnas!

In Dinner Is Ready! you play as a nonna in charge of competing to boost the morale of the Italian army. In a series of minigames you will race to save the lasagna, help get nonno beach ready, cook dinner for your grand children, and open the jar of sauce before the noodles boil over.

Can you help the Italians defeat the Allies?

Dinner is Ready is 's first submission to the Northern Game Design Challenge, a 48 game jam in Northern Ontario. This year teams had to select a genre 24 hours before the competition started - ours was Party/Mini Games. Each team was assigned a different theme as voted by the other competitors.
